JACKSONVILLE, Florida (March 15, 2009) iVenture Solutions, Inc., a leading IT service and support company, serving hundreds of small and medium sized business customers throughout Jacksonville, Orlando, and Atlanta, today announced the company's expansion with its acquisition of JP2 Technologies, Inc., a Jacksonville based IT service provider.

Currently, iVenture Solutions, Inc. employs 35 technical, sales, and administrative staff members in its Jacksonville, Orlando, and Atlanta facilities. With this addition, the combined organization will gain four new employees based in Jacksonville, and add additional staff as needs continue to grow. By January 2010, the goal is to employ 45 staff members that will provide various levels of IT services and local support to a wide range of customers in Jacksonville, Orlando, and Atlanta.
