Gray Mabry is the co-founder and CEO of iVenture, a nationally-ranked managed service provider (MSP) recognized for its exceptional IT solutions and client service.
With more than 24 years of experience in the industry, Gray is known for his technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and dedication to building a strong, values-driven company culture. His leadership has consistently ranked iVenture as a top workplace, and his expertise extends to diverse industries including healthcare, legal, and nonprofits.

Gray holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunications from the University of Florida and has pursued executive education at Harvard Business School. Active in the Young Presidents' Association (YPO) and a supporter of Footprints of Flight, Gray enjoys piloting, climbing, and spending time with his family in Jacksonville, Florida
Mark co-founded iVenture with Gray back in 2000. He is the steady foundation that helped create our strong corporate culture. With his financial and operational experience Mark serves as a trusted advisor for employees and clients.
Mark has more than 20 years of managed service experience. Before iVenture, he worked in the IT consulting sector as well as data analytics, application and workflow development, and organization development. A proud University of Florida alumnus, Mark has a Bachelor degree in Decision and Information Systems.
Mark is an avid reader of business and financial books, and a “data guy” who spends his free time advising startups and helping them achieve success. When he’s not in the office, you’ll find Mark with his sons in the great outdoors, enjoying RVing, snowmobiling, and boating
Alan has been with iVenture for more than 18 years. Prior to becoming president, Alan served as the director of operations and has held multiple support and project leadership roles.
Alan brings a strong skill set in technical, operational and financial management along with a people-first mindset to his work. He is responsible for expanding iVenture’s services, maintaining sustainable growth, building successful teams of experts and strengthening our culture.
Having worked with many industries including manufacturing, professional and financial services, healthcare and more, Alan understands the unique needs of iVenture’s clients and works to align iVenture staff, culture and services to exceed client expectations.
