One of our technical consultants, Andrew Garcia, demonstrates these two traits incredibly well.

In his position, Andrew spends a lot of time considering how to best support all of our clients’ unique tech needs. 

Andrew really digs into technical details to ensure solutions are vetted before we roll them out. But he doesn’t stop there. Rather than keeping his ideas to himself, Andrew communicates and shares everything he learns. 

In some circles, this type of transparency isn’t common. People often withhold information to cement their position and avoid competition. But Andrew does the opposite. He wants everyone to succeed. That makes him more valuable than anything!
